Your personal data provided in the reservation form is processed by the Restaurant, in a measured, limited, and relevant manner, for the following purposes:
Managing reservation activities
Contacting you regarding your reservation
Considering any allergies you have disclosed when preparing meals
Managing customer relations processes

3) Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically through the form available on the platform https://checkandplace.com/public/request/araka/istanbul. It is then processed by the Restaurant in accordance with Article 5 of the Law, in a measured, limited, and relevant manner, for the purposes listed in section (b).

4) Data Categories and Example Data Types
Identity Information: Name, surname
Contact Information: Email address, phone number
Health Information: Allergy status (if you disclose it in the form)

5) Recipients and Purpose of Sharing Processed Personal Data
The data you provide in the reservation form is not shared with any third party, either domestically or internationally.

6) Your Rights Under Article 11 of the Law
As a data subject whose personal data is processed, you have the rights specified under Article 11 of the Law.
